2. What data we process and why

Contact form

• Data: name, email, phone (optional), what you are interested in and your message. If you come from the level test, the message also contains your result.
• Purpose: to reply to your enquiry and prepare a course offer.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Retention: until your enquiry is handled, at most 1 year. If you become our student, we continue to process the data under the contract.

Without your name, email and message we cannot reply; the other fields are optional.

Technical data

On every visit the server processes your IP address and technical request data. We use them only to run and secure the website, for example to protect the form against spam (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and keep them only for a short time.

Visitor statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics for basic visitor statistics. It works without cookies, uses aggregated data and does not allow us to identify individual visitors.

Level test

Your answers in the online test are not sent anywhere. A test in progress and your result are stored only in your browser (localStorage) so you can continue after reloading the page. A test in progress is discarded after 24 hours, a result after 7 days. We only see your result if you send it to us through the contact form.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. It is handled only by processors that run the website for us:

• Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting and visitor statistics,
• Resend, Inc. (USA): delivering contact form messages to our mailbox.

For transfers to the USA we rely on GDPR safeguards, in particular the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

4. Cookies

This website does not use its own analytics or marketing cookies. The Contact page contains an embedded Google map, which may set Google cookies when it loads, under Google's privacy policy.

5. Your rights

Regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

• access your data and get a copy,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data erased,
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest.

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects.
